Due to our high customer service values, if you think you have received a product that is faulty or damaged, Lingeriesecrets will be happy to exchange the product free of charge or refund the full value of the product if it is indeed found to be faulty or damaged upon inspection by a Lingeriesecrets staff member.
We are happy to cover the cost of sending a new product back to a customer, however, shipping costs of sending the faulty or damaged product initially to Lingeriesecrets for inspection is a customer’s responsibility.

We urge you to please select carefully as although we offer exchanges, a customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a product(s) to us.
For a change of mind, we offer a 14 Day No Hassle Exchange Policy on the provision that the exchanged garment meets the conditions as set out in the below terms:
We will exchange items or garments that do not fit provided that:
– The garment is returned within 7 days of receiving it.
– The garment labels or swing tags are still attached to the garment.
– The garment has not been worn repeatedly (trying the garment on for size is fine).*
– The garment has not been damaged, altered, or soiled.
– The item is returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging.
– We do not accept returns for latex wear, pantyhose, stockings, and stocking type bodysuits.

When returning lingerie items, the customer must include the original packaging. Please be aware of the following:

Customers must notify us within 3 days from the date of arrival of their product to be eligible for any refund, exchange, or credit.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

The reason why you are returning the product

If you have selected that you wish to receive a replacement product, it will be sent out to you, at no extra charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product. Policy for returning the adult product(s)
